This Privacy Policy explains how Pari Tech Solutions Inc, doing business as Rhythm Bytes ("Rhythm Bytes," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit or buy from RhythmBytes.com (the "Site").

Information we collect.

  • Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, and order details when you buy, create an account, sign up for emails, or contact customer support.
  • Payment information: payments are processed by Shopify Payments, PayPal, Amazon Pay/Buy with Prime, and other payment providers shown at checkout. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, products viewed, search terms, and referring site, collected automatically through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

How we use it. We use personal information to process and deliver orders, provide customer support, process returns, prevent fraud, send order updates, understand how the Site is used so we can improve it, measure and show ads on Google, Facebook, and Instagram, and, if you sign up, send marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Who we share it with. We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the business:

  • Shopify, which hosts our store and checkout and provides built-in Site analytics (Shopify Privacy Policy)
  • Amazon, which fulfills and ships orders through Multi-Channel Fulfillment and processes Buy with Prime orders
  • Payment processors that handle your payment
  • Google, through the Google tag, to measure purchases that come from Google Shopping and Google ads (Google Privacy Policy)
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram), through the Meta pixel, to measure and show ads on Facebook and Instagram (Meta Privacy Policy)
  • Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights

Shopify may also use information about your activity on our Site to provide and improve its own services. The Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy explains how, and you can make requests directly to Shopify through its privacy portal.

We do not sell personal information for money. Sharing browsing and purchase data with Google and Meta for advertising may count as "selling" or "sharing" under some U.S. state privacy laws. You can opt out as described below.

Cookies and advertising. We use cookies that are needed for the cart, checkout, and account login; Shopify's built-in analytics cookies; the Google tag; and the Meta pixel. To opt out of the sale or sharing of your information for targeted advertising, use the Your Privacy Choices link in our site footer. We also honor Global Privacy Control browser signals as an opt-out. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser, adjust your Google ad settings and Facebook ad preferences, or opt out through the Digital Advertising Alliance. Parts of the Site, such as the cart, may not work without cookies.

Your rights. Depending on your state, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of your information. To make a request, email info@RhythmBytes.com. We will verify your identity and respond within the time required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Data retention. We keep order records as long as needed to fulfill orders, handle returns, and meet tax and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

Security. We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No online system is completely secure.

Children. The Site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes. We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
