1. Who we are. RhythmBytes.com (the "Site") is operated by Pari Tech Solutions Inc, doing business as Rhythm Bytes ("Rhythm Bytes," "we," "us"), 8325 NW 125th Ln, Parkland, FL 33076, United States. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Minors may use the Site only with a parent or guardian.

3. Products and pricing. We sell drum cymbals, drum hardware and stands, drum mutes, drumsticks, and drum cases. We try to describe and photograph products accurately, but colors may vary by screen. All prices are in U.S. dollars. When a product shows a crossed-out price, that is the price at which we previously offered it. Prices and availability may change without notice, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the item and send a shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order because of a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or lack of stock; if we do, we will fully refund any amount charged.

5. Payment and taxes. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

6. Shipping. We ship within the United States only. Shipping costs and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and refunds. Returns are covered by our Return & Refund Policy, which allows returns within 30 days of delivery.

8. Warranty. Products are covered by any warranty stated on the product page. Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, products are sold without additional warranties beyond those required by law. This does not limit your rights under our Return & Refund Policy or under applicable consumer law.

9. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Site use. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to access it without authorization, interfering with its operation, or scraping it.

11. Intellectual property. "Rhythm Bytes," our logos, product names, photos, videos, and Site content belong to Pari Tech Solutions Inc and may not be used without our written permission.

12. Reviews and submissions. If you submit a review or other content, it must be truthful and reflect your own experience. You give us permission to display it on the Site and in our marketing.

13. Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.

14. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

15. Changes. We may update these Terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
