Refund policy

This policy applies to orders placed on RhythmBytes.com and shipped within the United States. Orders placed on Amazon.com follow Amazon's return policy.

30-day returns. You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. This includes items bought at a sale or discounted price.

Condition. Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original parts, accessories, and packaging. Cymbals must be free of stick marks, and drumsticks must be unused. Items showing signs of use may be refused or receive a partial refund.

How to start a return.

  1. Email info@RhythmBytes.com or text +1 (888) 510-3505 with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
  2. We will reply within 1 business day with a return authorization and the return address.
  3. Ship the item back with a trackable carrier. Returns sent without a return authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable. There is no restocking fee.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a prepaid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund, including original shipping.

Refunds. We inspect returns within 3 business days of receiving them and email you once the refund is approved or denied. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-returnable items. Gift cards cannot be returned.
